To be honest we don’t just care about making athletes great at their sport. We don’t want our training to make them great on the field, but not off of it.
Nope, we are much more selfish than that!
We want you to perform and feel great for our own benefit.
How does it benefit us? Mainly because we like when people are nice to us!
See our real goal is to help you get stronger and healthier so that you feel happier. Again, not for your sake though. We don’t care about that 😉. The healthier you are the happier you feel. In turn that mean you’ll likely be nicer to us and everyone around us. We want to live in a world where people feel good and then pay it forward to others.
Ever heard the phrase “hurt people hurt people”? Well that applies to health too! Bad feeling people make other people feel bad. If you don’t sleep good, have an injury, or are just feeling generally bad with your health and performance it is an uphill climb to give others some grace and a smile.
On the other hand, when you wake up with 8 hours of good sleep and feel great the whole day it feels like you’re Mary Poppins! Saying hello to people and giving them a compliment seems like the easy natural thing to do.
Those are the people we want to interact with. So the more athletes we can get feeling healthy and happy the more people in the world that will spread some joy.
