In our CrossFit/functional fitness classes breath work is an essential part of the coaching you receive. Breathing is not only a major indicator of cardiovascular fitness, but is a functional and foundational movement. We believe it should be coached like any other foundational and functional exercise.

Breathe Assessment

The breathe assessment begins with observing your breathing habits and cueing proper patterns. We will take multiple tests regarding your breathing ability and CO2 tolerance. Then will create a homework plan to practice breathing techniques and protocols on your own.

Breathing Protocols

If you do not desire to do an entire breathing assessment you can purchase breathe protocols written for your specific needs.  A written interview about habits, daily routines, and desired outcomes is required.
